AZ ETV Program and AZ Tuition Waiver

Arizona has two educational support programs for foster youth. The public colleges offer the AZ tuition waiver program to qualified students, this is administered by college financial aid offices and FC2S provides support through the Arizona Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program.  ETV is a federally-funded, state-administered program that can provide youth who are or were in U.S. foster care with financial assistance for qualified school-related expenses, as well as post-secondary and career advice and guidance; funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible students
